Joanie Rollins is a Broker Associate at AJ Realty, Inc. in the Real Estate Department. With a career in real estate dating back to 1998, Joanie has deep roots in Winneshiek County, where she has lived her entire life. She and her husband, Terry, co-founded a real estate office in Decorah, which they ran from 1998 until early 2015.
Throughout her career, Joanie has been actively involved in the Decorah community, contributing to her local church, Decorah Schools, Luther College, and the Winneshiek Medical Center, where she served on the Foundation Board. Additionally, she has played a key role on the Ambassador Board of the Decorah Area Chamber of Commerce, finding great fulfillment in giving back to the community in ways that also benefit her clients.
